Refund Policy

Summary

  • Unused credits, within 14 days: full refund on request.
  • Failed enhancements: automatic refund in credits — no action from you is required.
  • Used credits: not refundable, because the digital content has been delivered.

14-day refund on unused credits

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a credit pack, you can request a full refund for the portion of that pack that is still unused. We refund to the original payment method via Stripe, and the refund typically reaches your account within a few business days (the exact timing is set by your card issuer).

Partially-used packs: if you have used some credits from a pack, we'll refund a pro-rata share of the purchase price corresponding to the credits you have not used, again subject to the 14-day window.

EU right of withdrawal

You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on consumer purchases under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU). For digital content that starts to be delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery has begun if you have given prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

When you use a credit to enhance a photo, we treat this as your express consent to the delivery of that unit of digital content, and the 14-day withdrawal right is exercised and lost for that credit. Credits you have not yet used are still refundable within the 14-day window.

Your statutory consumer rights — in particular remedies for digital content that does not conform to the contract — are not affected by this policy where they cannot be waived.

Automatic refunds for failed enhancements

If an enhancement attempt fails on our side or on the AI provider's side, the credit that was reserved for it is automatically returned to your balance. You don't need to contact us, and the failed attempt does not count against you. You can retry the same photo, or a different one, immediately.

When a refund is not available

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used to enhance photos (the digital content has been delivered).
  • Purchases where the 14-day window has passed and where no enhancement on our side failed.
  • Where the account has been suspended or terminated for a serious breach of the Terms of Service (for example, signup-bonus abuse or upload of prohibited content).
  • Dissatisfaction with an enhanced image that was technically delivered. The AI model may produce varied results; retrying a photo, or trying a higher-quality source image, is often the fastest path to a better result.

In exceptional cases we may still offer a goodwill refund. Get in touch and we'll look at it individually.

How to request a refund

Email support@imageenhancerapp.com from the address associated with your account. Please include:

  • The purchase date.
  • The package you purchased (Starter, Standard, or Pro).
  • The Stripe receipt number or the “Reference” shown on the thank-you page, if you have it.
  • Whether you're asking about a full or partial refund.

We aim to respond within five business days. Once a refund is approved, Stripe processes the return to your original payment method.

Operator

Refunds are issued by GOJO BEST INVEST S.R.L., the operator of Image Enhancer. Payments are processed in EUR via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when it does. Purchases you have already made are covered by the version of this policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
